Poker Hand Ranking

Royal Straight Flush:

10 to Ace of the same suit. This is the highest form of Straight Flush.

Straight Flush:

5 cards in a row of the same suit.

Four of Kind:

Four out of the 5 winning hand is the same card. Obviously four 10s is better than four 3s.
Four of a Kind

Full House:

3 of one card and 2 of another. The determining factor is the highest card of the triple.

Flush:

5 card of the same suit. They don't have to be in order.

Straight:

5 cards in a row. They don't have to be in the same suit. You can use an Ace as a low card (1) for straight.

Three of a Kind:

3 out of the 5 cards are the same kind. Trip 4s is better than trip 2s.

Two pairs

One Pair:

One pair. The lowest pair is 22, and the highest is AA.

High Card:

In case no one has any of the above hands, the highest card in the hand determines the winner. Ace is the highest and 2 is the lowest.
